    My New Obsession - Chocolate Coconut Balls

    Since giving up processed sugar last winter (not for weight, but for the health of my skin) my sweet tooth has been in need of filling. This recipe has been an amazing addition to my diet so I wanted to share! INGREDIENTS: 1/2 cup - Coconut Oil 1/2 cup - Cacao Powder 1/4 cup - Maple Syrup 1 cup - Coconut Flakes, Unsweetened 1/4 cup - Large Old Fashioned Oat (Rolled Quick or Steel Cut Oats might be less 'chewy' option if you prefer) 1/2 tsp - Pure Vanilla Extract 1/4
